Added message for your target stops fighting. This is partially to attempt to better diagnose an error with target switching.
May have fixed chance for bite and drain spells to sometimes do negative damage.
Fixed bug that prevented spells from being able to be fully resisted.
Necrotic renewal now applies to the caster first before target. This should hopefully prevent the rare case where it would fade from your target before it fades from your target and you couldn't recast for a minute or so.
Further fix to one of the special NPC tactics.
