Is there a place that a player can buy focuses to add to slotted equipment? I've found two in my whole time playing on mobs.

Some of them are buyable the jewelry stores in Urnakar(Goblin Caverns), Dumathoin (Dwarven Kingdom), and to a lesser extent in Certhan at the specialty store on the West part of Pylene Way.
The jeweler in the caravan area of Zypos, the Minotaur City always drop one of them when he dies too. (though which one is random)
You can also try to find the sources of other ones in the Great Library in Certhan (near the town square) by using keywords like 'spirit' or 'attachable'.
* Note, that many of them claim to be from the Castle of Mystery but are not really that much easier to get there than as random drops anywhere in the world.
