Bows
----
Bows now use ammo damage more than before. It still scales with the shot count of the bow, though. It also still scales with level, so if you load a really high damage arrow into a low level bow it might not get the full damage.
Ammo must now be within about 5 levels or power of the ranged weapon to be loaded into it.
Bows no longer make much use of minimum damage.
Bow damage can reach higher numbers.
Spells
------
Master spells now obey the learned percent of the parent spell. This means that you can fail
casting it if you have low skill in it. You can now gain skill in the parent spell from
using master spells, as well. Higher chance than regular spells.
Fixed a bug that was causing regular spells to receive too much damage increase. (non master)
Spell minimum damage bonuses altered in style and they now also take into account the number of
hits the spell is doing, to give more or less bonus to the spell hit.
Soft capping now applies less to single hitting spells.
Slightly reduced the base damage of many multi-hitting master spells.
Roguemissile now caps at 15 hits.
Skills
------
Warden and Last Stand for Summoners can no longer be on the same Guardian at once.
Envenom now works on almost any weapon. Even Flamesworded weapons.
Flamesword now works on almost any weapon. Reduced the effect slightly for decaying or norent weapons.
Blessing of Charity, Gather Power and Tenacity can no longer stack on themselves and take up multiple status slots.
Fixed a targetting bug with Shadowclone.
Fixed an issue that caused Convergence to not get multiple hits.

Dualed 2h weapons can now make use of a few weapon runes that previously did not work.
Rejuvenate now has a slightly higher chance of success when you are at or near 50 necromancy.
