2016.3 Repaircustcomff
Repair
------
Added Payrepair command. This is used with a target who presumably has the ability to repair items, and gives them money for the job based on your level. They automatically attempt a full repair on you, although their success if not gauranteed. They are still bound by restrictions such as needing a forge etc if applicable. Be careful not to use this with people that cannot repair.
Items and Crafting
------------------
Nocustom added. Prevents customizing and etching with or onto the item. In other words, neither item may have it for customize.
Norepair no longer exists. Items which previously had norepair will have nocustom for the time being. This may be altered as necessary.
Fixed issue with crafting bows and arrows that caused wood to swap hard and sharp stats for them in some cases. This may cause certain woods to become slightly better or worse for these purposes.
Slightly altered weighting of flexibility vs hardness for making bows. and flexibility vs sharpness for making arrows to make flex slightly less valuable.
Fixed major bug with bowcrafting that caused it to not scale damage properly based on number of shots fired. Hang onto those 5 shot bows you made, they probably are better than anything that you will find or make afterward.
Fixed unlikely possible crash related to bowcrafting.
Forging now checks item level minimum before charging the forge fee.
Forge and Woodworking now require more than one wood or ore depending on what you are making. Total failures only destroy one wood or ore.
Reduced overall failure rates on Woodworking and Forging, especially for Woodworking.
Removed some double message problems with Woodworking.
Races

Drakkar now have a combo ability with Drake and Dragon forms: As breathing, it halves the delay on Drake and Dragon breath.
Lupine now have a combo ability with Werewolf form: Smartwolf, it removes int and wis penalties when using Werewolf form
Ranged
------
Ranged avoidance no longer applies when you are in the same room. Fix.
Ranged avoidance will be ignored for shots fired when you are in the same room as the target. This means that others firing will still apply it but you would not be affected if engaging in active combat.
Skills
------
Mentalassault now drains twice as much mana and also drains the previous amount even if they make a spell save. ie: always drains mana now.
Doubled mana cost of Infusescale. It being a group spell rather than single target, quite powerful and all. Still under review.
Increased the damage of Drake and Dragon breath.
Holyhealing passive innate added for Paladin and Cleric. This ability was basically already there, but now is officially displayed. Strengthens Cure, Heal, Healing Glyph, and Restoration spells based upon high alignment. Level 10 ability.
Twistedhealing passive innate added for Scourge and Cleric. This ability was basically already there, but now is officially displayed. Strengthens Cure, Heal, Healing Glyph, and Restoration spells based upon low alignment. Level 10 ability. Not super-essential for Scourge. since they do not get healing spells themselves, but whatever...
Hzethedra now grants 25% bonus to Vampire biting, more than before.
Peerless, Reversal amd Comfortscale no longer block 100% of regular negative status. They block 90% with max wis and less with lower. And, no it did not block skill or inflict status before. Eventually these may actually apply to more things (maybe not to the same potency)
Magiwall now blocks the same amount as Peerless etc.
Warrior Tactical no longer prevents using Overload.
Samurai Shieldease now properly allows equipping a shield while using a 2h weapon, as long as you are not using your offhand for something else.
Necromancer Bansheewail no longer disarms, but instead attempts to AE fear targets while doing dark magic damage. There is a chance to resist.
Spellbook
---------
Spellbook now displays only non master spells and works properly.
Masterspellbook command added to view masterspells in the same manner as spellbook. Although the masterspellinfo and evolutions commands also show some similar information.
Item Affects and Status
-----------------------
Added form focus item affects. These currently help resist faltering when using a form when your class no longer matches (aka remort)
Added Karounokuni favor guard item affect, which reduces melee damage done, but prevents favor reduction from using weapons that she does not like. This is intended for proffing.
Added Antifear item affect that work much like fearless proficiency.
It is roughly equivalent to 50% fearless. They check separately so having both can help a little.
Fearless and Antifear now help vs Cleric the classprof ability ,Panic (1 step stronger than standard fear) and ninja scroll, Howling (2 steps stronger than standard fear). For reference, Roar is equal to standard fear and Terror is 2 steps stronger.
And... bear in mind that if a mobs has inflict it bypasses all of this, so nothing makes you immune to a status completely.
Added Lucky Devil at 666 deaths and Lucky Angel at 777 deaths. These are powerful buffs that empower you at these points until you die again. Devil is more offensive in nature and Angel more defensive, although they both provide well-rounded bonuses.
Pets
----
Pets who are able to rescue now attempt to rescue when their master is below half health rather than below 25 percent.
Pets now regenerate vitality twice as fast.
Mounts now regenerate more vitality based upon their ease of mountability. This helps immensely for low level pets but also scales with level.
Chat
----
Chat history now dynamically resets if there are over 100.
It does not find the number properly on the first time after a reboot or crash, however. So there is still a chance for chat history getting full briefly right after that.
Fixes Etc
---------
Added Promp to make it more difficult to accidently clear your custom prompt.
Fixed bug with wondrous rhythm that prevented it from granting bless.
Fixed bug with swarmshot that could cause it to get stuck on firing fewer shots than the number the weapon should.
Fixed bug with Acuity that caused it to reduce mana cost aprox 10% more than what was listed in abilities.
Fixed bug with the special tactic for Svaze. May see this on more mobs.
Fixed a couple bad targets with Prize Fighting.
