Rebalance pass with attention to remorts and certain bugs and combinations etc that have come up more recently.
Spells and Magic
----------------
Altered calculation for int and magroll for spells. they count aprox 20% more base, but they scale fully for high hit spells. This means that spells that hit once should hit a bit harder while spells that hit many times should hit a bit less hard.
Reduced the bonus for Lifebinding to +25% to Summoner +50% to Guardian
Reduced the bonus for Deathbinding to +25% to Summoner +50% to Guardian
These two were reduced due to further consideration of Summoners not needing to pay any additional cost to have such high damage or heals that rival doublecast/timebender etc. They should still be quite
competitive with other classes in these areas, however not even with them without having to pay any extra mana.
Fixed a bug with drain spells that could cause them to glitch out with high hp targets.
Slightly increased base damage for Glacial spike spell.
Slightly increased base damage for Defile spell
Slightly increased the flux portion of Ebbdrain damage.
Added new messages for ebbdrain and sanguine scythe to make it more clear that they are different spells from energy drain.
Fixed bug with blood boil where it would attempt to apply a debuff too high and end up giving hp if your maxhp were very high. Slightly reduced the debuff strength at lower level to make this happen, scaling.
Ranged
------
Shooting skill now factors more for ranged damage. Those without the skill will do less damage than before. --Works!
Bow and crossbow proficiency now factors more for ranged damage. If you want to do as much damage as possible with bows or crossbows/guns you will have work on the prof to focus on it. It is only logical!
Added level-based melee damage bonus for non-Samurai that mimicks the
Samurai bonus. It is one fourth the strength of the Samurai bonus. May adjust this as needed after further study.
Remort
------
Cacophany is no longer transferred erroneously with remort.
Slowcantata is no longer transferred erroneously with remort.
Vigorous verse is no longer transferred erroneously with remort.
Languid lament is no longer transferred erroneously with remort.
Rousing chant is no longer transferred erroneously with remort.
Wondrous rhythm is no longer transferred erroneously with remort.
Amplification ayre is no longer transferred erroneously with remort.
Shank is no longer transferred erroneously with remort.
Roundabout is no longer transferred erroneously with remort.
Momentum is no longer transferred erroneously with remort.
It is no longer possible to cheat extra marks of the reflected soul through the remort process.
Mercs and Pet Shops
-------------------
Mercs and pets no longer have to be aproximately half your level to buy or hire them.
Fixed bug where high level mercs and pets were not possible to hire.
Skills
------
Drainwill no longer gives a bugged msg to the user.
Wild walk now has a new side ability: it can be used to travel to any other target on the worldmap if you are on the map as well.
Tame can now properly work on high level targets.
Tame can now work sometimes on slightly more intelligent or wise targets.
